600 Valley Way
Townhome Development

A new residential community creating opportunities for connection, sustainability, and homeownership in the heart of Milpitas.

The Sobrato Organization is leading the re-imagining of the Milpitas Nonprofit Center site at 600 Valley Way to create a new, vibrant residential community in the heart of Milpitas. The proposed project includes 134 townhome-style condominiums and a community building designed to bring neighbors together.

Why It Matters

The 600 Valley Way project aligns with community and citywide goals for inclusive housing and sustainable development.

By transforming the Milpitas Nonprofit Center site into a welcoming residential neighborhood, The Sobrato Organization is helping expand homeownership opportunities, promote walkability, and strengthen the social fabric of Milpitas.
